A few things about me

Tagged by Elizabethd, so here they come:

I have a naturally indolent nature that's why I've taken so long to write my 7 'Things about me.'

I have often been accused of being aloof but really I'm just shy and reserved until I get to know people.

I'm a listener rather than a confider.

I always tend to think that I am right. (Well I know I am right, but if I'd written that you'd all think I'm big headed as well as aloof!)

I use exclamation marks too often in my writing!

I hate being the centre of attention. The thought of any sort of party in my honour fills me with absolute horror. (Don't worry, I've warned my large family.)

I HATE crowds and cities. I love high and wild places, particularly when I've walked there with my tent and my man of course, he has to carry the tent.

God bless the "!" and all who use it!!! I said 'me too' to all of your seven things. A lovely list.

Well done! I so agree about large parties, especially those 'Surprise!!!' ones.

God, that is quite spooky as I could have written all those myself except for the tent, I'm too old for camping now! Like wild places though.
Cait....
your kindred spirit methinks:))

7 wonderful facts!! I too use exclamation marks too much, especially since writing on this site!

Humm, I'm not keen on parties either, always find me in the kitchen trying to help, I'm not a mingler. So if don't know anyone feel awful. Like giving my own pARTIES though as know everyone and can rush around with plates of food and not stop for long to chat!!

Truth to tell Cait, I'm a bit old for camping too, that's why he has to carry the tent!

I loved this, LWB. I am absolutely with you on the surprise party! I think I would leave.
Also an exclamation mark user and a lover of wild places. have practically stopped camping now but will from time to time if he carries the tent.

Eeeeek I was going to use loads of exclamation marks and have had a brain storm and now I can't find them - you must have them all.

Empathise with the aloof thing.

Ah found them !!!!!!!!!

This list adds to your previous post which really made me laugh! Of COURSE you are right - those judges should have realised that when they had the audacity to put you in second place... but wouldn't winning make you the centre of attention?! I bet you're a good people watcher.. mind you, not many folks in the wild places you favour, that's their charm. Cadir Idris is terrible for that - you struggle up only to find the world and his wife waiting at the summit! Doh!

Me too to 2, 3, 5, 6. Someday I'll have to blog about the horror of my 50th birthday (surprise)party as hosted by my loving-the-centre-of-attention sister. I still shiver.
Lovely list!

Could ditto pretty well all of those! But, like Cait, minus the tent (though I used to adore camping but think I'm too stiff for it now)!!!! (see....can't help myself!)
